IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?

Yes, COD is available for orders below INR 1500 on all serviceable pincodes.*

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The order usually takes 4-7 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please get in touch with us.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

We charge a shipping fee of INR 150/- on all COD orders.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on:themalvenclub@gmail.com
